The ServiceSource Network has 26 years of experience in managing mail centers for the Federal Government. Currently, the Network manages over 70 mail centers, employing nearly 200 people with disabilities who process over 76 million pieces of mail annually.
The ServiceSource Network has longstanding expertise in this field, having begun our first contract to manage mail centers under the AbilityOne program in 1981 with the Environmental Protection Agency. In 2004, ServiceSource made history by obtaining the first-ever nationwide mail center management contract acquired through the AbilityOne program. The contract was with the IRS and initially began with 32 sites nationwide. Today there are more than 50 IRS sites operated by ServiceSource and its subcontractors- all working under the AbilityOne program.
In 2008, ServiceSource again made history when it started operations for the Consolidated Remote Delivery Site (CRDS) under the AbilityOne program. The state-of-the-art CRDS processes secure mail for the federal government.
