COMPENSATION

  • Base Pay
    Staff positions pay rates are competitive with the market, industry, and location. Positions set-aside for a person with a disability are based on the Prevailing Wage or Federal Wage Determinant Rate.
  • Increases
    Staff positions receive annual merit increases based on performance. Positions set-aside for a person with a disability receive annual increases based on the Prevailing Wage or Federal Wage Determinant Rate.
  • Awards Program
    The Corporation maintains various annual award programs to recognize the positive efforts of its employees. Some awards are annual while other are immediate awards to an employee for work behavior ServiceSource desires to encourage.
