ServiceSource Foundation
The ServiceSource Foundation is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to assist ServiceSource and its affiliates by developing and providing resources that impact local communities, in order to foster sensitivity and support for individuals with disabilities and to increase their participation in community life.
The Foundation was established in 2004 to raise money to help bridge the gap for people with disabilities in their communities. Through community education and business networking, the ServiceSource Foundation fosters sensitivity and support for individuals with disabilities, helping to empower individuals as they seek greater integration and participation in their communities.
The Abilities Foundation raises, invests and distributes funds to meet the employment, independent living and housing needs of persons with disabilities served by Abilities of Florida.
The mission of the Abilities Foundation is to ensure that people with disabilities have the opportunity to participate with dignity in everything that community life has to offer. The Foundation’s vision is to support the needs of people with disabilities through gainful employment, independent living, affordable housing, higher education, recreational/cultural resources, health and accessible marketplaces.
Established in 1983 and governed by all-volunteer board of trustees, the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises funds through special events, annual appeals, grant writing and planned giving.
The OCI Foundation is dedicated to continuing OCI’s more than 50 years of leadership ensuring that all Delawareans, regardless of disability or disadvantage, have opportunities to build careers and contribute to our communities.
The OCI Foundation’s cornerstone initiative is to ensure adults with Aspergers Syndrome (an autism spectrum disorder) in Delaware receive the specialized employment services and job supports they need to successfully obtain and retain employment in the community. Without specialized services provided by skilled professionals, they may not reach their fullest potential. With the opportunity to work and build careers, they can support themselves, contribute to their communities and lead full, rewarding lives.
The incidence of autism, including Aspergers Syndrome, has increased at a staggering
rate – from one birth in thousands forty years ago, to one in 150 today. While experts debate the cause of this increase, OCI is committed to helping adults with autism overcome the disorder and lead full lives. We hope you will help. The OCI Foundation will support OCI in providing the best specialized employment services for adults with Aspergers Syndrome.
The CFS Foundation was established in 2010, following the affiliation of CFS with the ServiceSource Network. The Foundation is a non-profit organization, governed by a volunteer board of trustees.
